Introduction
At Globeloom, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel services, the procedures for cancellation, and any applicable fees or refunds.
We strive for transparency and fairness in all our dealings. If you have any questions or concerns about cancellations, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellation by You
You have the right to cancel any project or service at any time. However, depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply. Below are the general guidelines for cancellations initiated by you:
- Cancellation Fees: If you decide to cancel a project after it has begun, you may be invoiced for any work completed up to the cancellation date. The exact fee will be based on the stage of the project and the amount of work completed.
- Pre-Project Cancellation: If you cancel the project before any work has started, no fees will be charged, and you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- Submission of Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@globeloom.com. The cancellation will be effective once you receive acknowledgment from us.
- Timing of Cancellation: If the cancellation request is submitted after work has already begun, cancellation fees will apply, and you will be invoiced for the work completed up until the cancellation is processed.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a service or project at our discretion if any of the following situations arise:
- Failure to Provide Necessary Materials or Approvals: If you fail to provide the required materials, approvals, or feedback necessary for us to proceed with the project, we may cancel the service.
- Breach of Terms and Conditions: If there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions by you, we may cancel the project or service without further notice.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen events or circumstances (such as technical difficulties, legal restrictions, or resource availability), we may cancel the service and provide a full refund for any work not completed.
In the event of cancellation by Globeloom, you will be notified promptly, and you will not be charged for any work that has not been completed. If any payments have been made, they will be refunded accordingly.
Refunds on Cancellations
If a service is canceled, the following refund conditions apply:
- Full Refund: If the service is canceled before any work has begun, we will provide a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
- Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after the service has been partially delivered, we will issue a refund proportional to the remaining work, minus any non-refundable charges. These charges may include pre-paid third-party costs (such as hosting fees, domain registration, etc.), which are non-refundable.
- Final Decision: The final refund amount will be determined based on the stage of completion and the specifics of the cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure fairness in all refund decisions.
Termination of Services
Globeloom reserves the right to terminate ongoing services if any of the following conditions occur:
- Continuous Issues Preventing Progress: If there are continuous issues that prevent the effective completion of the project (such as missed deadlines, lack of communication, or unresolved technical issues), we may terminate the service.
- Failure to Address Feedback: If the feedback provided by you remains unaddressed after reasonable efforts to resolve the matter, we may terminate the agreement.
- Non-Payment: If payments are not made as agreed, and no reasonable arrangements are made to resolve outstanding balances, we may terminate the service.
If we decide to terminate services, you will be informed in advance, and we will provide an opportunity to resolve the issues before termination occurs. We will work with you to identify potential solutions and avoid project cancellation whenever possible.
Force Majeure
Globeloom will not be held liable for failure to perform or delays in performing services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen events that may prevent the completion of a service.
